About Access HOme rch

When we say accessibility is our specialty here is what we mean...

Most any contractor can build a ramp, but we build them on a weekly basis. Because of this:

  • We are familiar with the proper codes for residential ramp installations so you know it will be built properly.
  • We purchase materials in bulk so that you pay a lower price.
  • We can typically install your ramp in a single day so that you are not suck with out access.

We have installed grab bars into just about every type of wall.

We have the tools and expertise to get the job done properly.

We also are an authorized Moen grab bar distributor.  This allows you to order the Moen bar that best suites your situation for safety and style.

A bathroom remodel can cost $8-$12,000

 Ours typically run $4-$5,000.

In the average remodel, we will:

Tear out the bathtub or shower.

Place a drain in the floor and build a sloping shower pan.

  Waterproof the entire wet area.

Set new ADA approved floor tile and new wall tile.

We will also address accessibility needs as they relate to the sink, toilet, grab bars and the entry door.

Our CaretractrosTM set us apart.

A CaretractorTM is what we get when we combine a person who has the skills of contractor with the heart of a caregiver.  And while we are still laborers, we strive to serve our clients being understanding of their situation and their concerns.

Because of this, our contractors and workers undergo the same background and drug tests that in home health workers and caregivers go through.

In addition to our construction experience, we also work well with home and health care providers.

We regularly receive referrals from the regions best medical, rehab and home health care agencies.

We have worked with social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, doctors, home health workers, care givers and of course family members.  We strive to understand the needs of the client and will work with those involved to find the best solutions.

We are registered with Washington State DSHS for clients in the DSHS system.  We also can work with the VA for veterans and we do work with clients who are a private pay.
